Day trip from Marrakesh to Asni, Ouirgane, Toubkal

• Ouirgane is a beautiful valley about 1.5 hours drive from Marrakech at the foot of the High Atlas lies in the heart of Toubkal National Park. A resort offers a relaxed atmosphere between Hiking, horse riding and mountain biking. The tour starts from your hotel. We cross the pass of Tiz-n-test and you run to the High Atlas. You will have a short stopover in Asni, one small town with its traditional rural market with various activities, in particular Saturdays, worth a visit. Once you arrive in Ouirgane you will have time to explore the village, which is crossed by the Nfis River in the Atlas and is a permanent source of water. The village is surprisingly green and an oasis in the mountains. In recent years it has been a dam built to create a reservoir adding to the charm of the valley. The mountain air is fresh and we take a coffee/tea break. Lunch is served by cooked for you by a family in a Berber village. Experience real Moroccan cuisine and don't miss the real mint tea!
