Day trip from Marrakech to Ouzoud waterfall

• Today after breakfast we head towards Ouzoud. From Marrakech to one of the most beautiful sights in Morocco, the Ouzoud waterfalls. The waterfalls are located approximately 150 km northeast of Marrakesh, near the village of Tanaghmeilen in the High Atlas. The Name in Berber means “grinding grain”. You start from your hotel in the morning and drive to the highest waterfalls in Morocco. The water falls from a height of 110 meters and offers breathtaking views. The hike leads to the bottom of the waterfalls. For hiking Comfortable shoes are recommended. We stop for lunch in one of the many local cafés, from which we can see the wonderful panorama. In the summer months, the area is a paradise to escape the city heat and cool off in the crystal clear waters. In spring the water level rises significantly.
